Built in four phases beginning in 1980, by the Green Company, the townhouses offer five basic house types.
Every home has its own full basement, some with walk-outs, and a two car garage. Each home is provided
with the exclusive use of a front or rear courtyard or deck adjacent to the house, and a driveway area adjoining
the garage. These homes are attached in buildings of four, five or six units.


Their sizes range from 1907 square feet for a 5 room, 2 bedroom, 2 bath one level unit;to over 4800 square feet. 

The largest units have a first floor master bedroom, study, kitchen with a breakfast area, separate dining room,
2 bedrooms and bath on the second floor, and finished lower level which often includes a familyroom, bedrooms, and a bath.

Recreational facilities include a clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool and two tennis courts.
