	44 Washington "A" Building The first of the four buildings to be completed. "A" Building offers 12 stories and a spectacular view of downtown Boston. The first floor is devoted to commercial space. The remaining floors comprise 132 efficiency units, 44 one-bedroom units, and 22 two-bedroom units.
