Bryant Back Bay Condominium Auction October 17, 2009
Just weeks after this 50 unit high-end luxury building nears completion the developers have scheduled to auction off 10 two and three bedroom units. "Minimum bid prices were set low to let the market choose the value", said Jon Gollinger of Accelerated Partners.
