Bryant Back Bay Auction Results

On Saturday October 17th at the Colonnade Hotel approximately 75 people went to bid at 10 luxury units at the Bryant Back Bay Condominium. The units were sold in less than 30 minutes with the selling prices between $1.3 and $1.5 million dollars. A chart with all the prices is in the blog. The developers were disappointed at the prices. The remaining 30 units will be repriced based on the auction prices starting on Monday.
