The new American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 signed into law by President Obama last week, raised the limits for FHA, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae loans back to the 2008 amounts, until the end of 2009. The limits by county and number of units in Massachusetts are listed below:

It has been sixty days of absolute insanity since Morgan promised me that if I could manage an Advanced Access control panel than working with a Real Estate Webmasters control panel would be a piece of cake. I had never looked at a source code. HTML was a foreign language to me. All I knew was that I wanted a more sophisticated website with more advanced IDX options in order to compete with the large companies  

At times I felt I was left on top of the advanced slope of Mt. Killington having to straddle the moguls. But 100 pages later with countless errors, closing the back ends comes naturally to me.
