Nancy Comenitz |
Having grown up in Newton, and living in Brookline it was only natural that twenty-five years ago I began my real estate career selling in the cities and towns that I knew and loved. The real estate market has gone through many changes but my standards have always stayed the same:
I take great pride in the representation that I give my clients. I am focused on meeting their needs from the moment I meet them until the transaction is closed. I am also proud of my track record and my ability to strategize, present, negotiate and succeed for my client's while maintaining the highest levels of integrity, ethics and professionalism. In 2003 I left a long relationship with Coldwell Banker Hunneman, where I was a Vice-President, to open Nancy Comenitz Real Estate. Opening a small boutique company afforded me the opportunity to provide more customized real estate services, with a personal approach, in a comfortable setting. I look forward to providing you with peace of mind in knowing you have a valuable ally and all the resources necessary to support your home buying and home selling endeavors. Specializing in Newton, Brookline, Boston, Chestnut Hill and surrounding communities. |

As a physician and mother of two teenagers, from the Midwest, I knew little of Boston and had even less time to research it. Nancy was instrumental in teaching me about schools, highways, public transportation as well as the various areas character. She also educated us about prices since Boston is quite expensive. |

I closed on the purchase of a house in Waban yesterday and I wanted you to know that the success of that deal was almost entirely due to the tireless efforts of your broker, Nancy Comenitz. Without her actions, the deal would not have gone through. We met Nancy last year when she sold our friends a house around the corner and she kept in touch until she found us what she knew we were looking for. |

Nancy is the finest broker a buyer can wish for in today's marketplace! We have referred three other couples to Nancy and have all purchased housed in the Newton/Brookline area through her help and guidance. Every client becomes a friend. |

I would like to inform you that I was extremely pleased with the efforts of Nancy Comenitz. Nancy Comenitz spent over 12 months assisting me in finding a home, and spent considerable effort, time, and expense in my home search. I am very appreciative of Nancy's efforts. Quite simply, she went beyond the call of duty to help me. |

In March of 2003 we hired Nancy Comenitz to represent us in the sale of our home at 35 Mignon Road, West Newton, Ma. The sale of the house closed on July 1, 2003 at an attractive price, slightly above expectations. |

I am writing to recognize Nancy Comenitz and formally express my appreciation for all of her efforts on our behalf. Thanks to Nancy, my wife Susan and I could not be happier with our new home. Susan and I were discouraged by the Boston housing market. We did not think we would ever find a condo. Our realtor Nancy, however, remained confident and continued to give us encouragement. Nancy quickly assessed our requirements and began to show us properties. We decided that the Cabot Estate Condominiums would be ideal, but there were no units on the market that met our needs. Nancy identified specific units that fulfilled our requirements, and sent letters to those unit owners. Thanks to Nancy's resourcefulness, a seller responded and the unit was perfect. |

I can not thank you enough for all that you did for me. As you know when I bought my house in Needham, after renting it for several years, I thought I knew I was getting, and didn't need a realtor. I knew the house needed work. An offer was made on the first day for my asking price. I was gleeful. Then came the inspection and I found my house had structural damage. |
