| Cabot Estate is a gated community on 23 acres of land across from the Jamaica Pond. Built in 4 phases there are a total of 41 buildings with a total of 158 condominiums units. The castle, which has a function room, exercise room and management office, also has rental units which are not included in the total number. |

| The last phase "E & F:, built in 1987, are ten 2 1/2 story townhouse style buildings. Each building contains four residential units. The upper levels have lofts. The lower levels offer direct entrances to the garage. |
The Peabody House was also converted in 1987 into two residential units designated as

Cabot Estate's amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts and walking trails..The gatehouse offers 24 hour security. The Jamaica Pond is directly across the street offering beautiful walking paths and boating.
